Frequently asked questions

I received confirmation that I'm a member of Media Opinions Ireland but I'm not getting the daily survey emails, what's happened?

Survey emails may have been mistaken for spam so check your spam folder and, if this is the case, adjust your settings to accept emails from mediaopinionsireland.ie

When can I expect to receive the survey each day?

The daily survey will be sent out by 6am each morning and you will have until 1am the following morning to complete it.

Once I’ve completed the daily survey, can I change my answers?

You can go back to any question and change an answer while you are still in the survey however you cannot change answers once it has been submitted.

When will I get my reward?

You will earn 10 reward credits for every survey you complete. Everytime you complete 14 daily surveys you will earn a bonus of 100 reward credits. Once you have reached 500 reward credits you can choose to redeem these by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Rewards' page. Choose from shopping vouchers, donating to a charity or collecting for your community group.

I have chosen to raise money for my community group. How and when will this be paid?

If you have chosen to raise money for a community group, your reward credits will be combined with other members and when the group reaches €50 this will be transferred directly into your group’s nominated bank account. You will be notified by email when your group has been paid.
